DM campaign of the week: NetJets Europe
Netjets Europe
This week’s DM campaign of the week springs from a private jet, NetJets Europe. The campaign, designed by San Francisco-based creative consultants, Danny Altman, A Hundred Monkeys, and Michael Mabry, Michael Mabry Designs, promotes NetJets flashy membership card.
The pack combines bright pink and yellow colours with black and white photographs, inside an unfolding square where one finds a ‘make believe’ NetJets membership card. The card gives you a number and email address to contact if you would like a real one, so that you can fly in your own private jet across Europe. You can also find inside a map, which shows all the NetJets destinations from Bordeaux to Tel Aviv.
Netjets Europe is the largest business jet operator in Europe and launched the DM campaign in April to publicise its NetJets Private Jet Card. The campaign includes an address to a micro-site, www.5000airports.com, which features a tongue-in-cheek video starring a Jack Russell terrier named Alphonso whose career involves flying privately via Netjets so that his work and home life is kept in total harmony. With the help of his 1950’s butler he is never late and manages to arrive home to greet his glamorous poodle wife and three puppies. Alphonso really is like the modern day business man.
